So Halo 5 is OUT...
Who's going to be taking a break from Destiny?
***I've been playing Campaign all day. I love it. The mechanics are very well done, if not Destiny caliber. It plays very smoothly and it's all very well acted. I haven't tried Arena or Warzone yet but that'll come soon! If anyone wants to join me for some games this evening my gamertag is below. Enjoy it, fellow Guar-- I mean, Spartans :) ***

2 RepliesI never played any of the Halo games. Well I take that back. My son used to play them and loved them. He used to beg me to play PVP with him and I would. He beat the crap out of me and talked a lot of smack on the process. It was a lot of fun. I never did play any of the campaign though and I know nothing about the overall story arc. So I don't see myself jumping in now. And it looks...generic? I don't know but the gameplay I've seen looks pretty terrible to me.

A very long break. Halo 5 story then multiplayer to keep the PvP side of me satisfied then Fallout 4 for the PvE side of me. Might play occasionally here and there but nothing hardcore anymore!

Definitely going to be going to H5 for a while because my 360 TTK won't transfer to my One. Although I would still pick H5 over Destiny as it stands anyway. Lol

And I have been a die-hard fan of Halo since it was a Mac OS exclusive, so I don't say this lightly. 343 really turned me off with Halo 4 and the MCC, and I'm not confident in them yet. Guardedly optimistic, yes. But I won't be buying it for at least a few months at the least.

2 RepliesI'm a day one player. I honestly can't wait for that and black ops 3, so all the shotgun spamming squeakers and CoD fanatics get off this game. Not saying using a shotgun a whole game is so bad, but using it EVERY GAME, ALL THE TIME, NEVER ANY PRIMARIES. That's annoying.

2 RepliesCan't wait. We've been waiting over a year for bungie to do anything to make destiny competitive and I'm afraid they have waited too long. Many destiny players I feel will shift over to halo (assuming it launches without problems) simply because they want a competitive multiplayer.
