So Halo 5 is OUT...
Who's going to be taking a break from Destiny?
***I've been playing Campaign all day. I love it. The mechanics are very well done, if not Destiny caliber. It plays very smoothly and it's all very well acted. I haven't tried Arena or Warzone yet but that'll come soon! If anyone wants to join me for some games this evening my gamertag is below. Enjoy it, fellow Guar-- I mean, Spartans :) ***

3 RepliesIf it's another two day campaign and a multiplayer that has been the same for 15 years I don't care. I always loved Halo but 15 years of FPS PVP has burned me out.

Already taking a break. Just got bored. Sad tho. Loved Destiny more than any other game I've played for a long time. Can't wait for Halo 5 and then Fallout.

I may get it based on reviews. I honestly want to see the Fall of Reach series more than I want to play Halo 5. It looks like 5 is going to be better than 4 though.

Destiny was a good game to play until decent games started to be released which is starting now. Halo 5 is one I will be playing rather than destiny.

Yep! For how long, i dont know. I do laugh at the people in this thread saying halo 5 is shit, or halo hasnt been good since halo 2. The first, they cannot know. The second is just opinion passed off as fact.

2 RepliesNope. Looks like the same game as the past 10 years. It's bland and has ran stale. Destiny is a better evolution of Halo but will also suffer the same fate in the same duration of time.

since Destiny is gonna keep taking its down hill slope, and 343 is still adding to the Halo Lore(ingame I must say, congrats 343), I will be taking quite a break from the game though I shall still play around the forums cause it is the only thing to do at work outside movies. I really like to piss off those loathsome desticles that promote this decline in creativity.
