the focal point of the room is usually the front of the room. and the focal point is obviously oryx and the stunning view of Saturn not the door at the back of the room.

1)Enter door. 2)Walk to middle facing forward. 3)Stop at sister platforms. 4)What's in back of you is the door and therefore "the back" and what's in front is oryx spawn and is "the front." 5) Designate left and right from facing towards "the front" aka oryx spawn. 6) If you have people that do not understand then call out "YOUR OTHER LEFT (RIGHT)" or for us military guys "YOUR MILITARY LEFT (RIGHT)" 7) If they still can't understand then ask yourself why the hell do you have them in the raid and either kick the person or quit.

The side Oryx spawns on is Home and the other side is Away. Now let's play some football!

Lol. We don't even number them or go through all that crazy shit. Call out whose last so they can help with Ogres and only 2 people just have to watch for their jump. Minimizes room for error. When I run with my guys we all have assigned platforms and know whose is whose so we can switch if need be but that's a rare occurence.
