Boots and class item as even if your raid luck is bad you can't farm exotics with 3oC to up it. Literally have to pray to the rng gods each raid.

I cap at 309 on my warlock and hunter. 308 on my Titan, I think my 306 ghost is my worst gear and the 310 artifact quest isn't finished on my Titan. All my weapons are great, gear is great, it's the accessories that are lacking
