Doing the wormsinger rune for the fragment will only give you 1 fragment per character. When you get the worm feeder rune and complete it you get a random chest to open but what ever chest you do get it wont give you another fragment for another chest the next time. Out of the 50 fragments only 47 are available and if you're 1 short for ToM then there is still 3 more you can get for your hunter. You will just have to go through them again. 23 in patrol, 7 in court of oryx, 5 in the raid, 3 in regicide story mission, sky burners, agonarch rune, wormsinger rune, worm scent, poison chest (use sword block to open). Complete 750xp Eris Morn bounty you get from Court of Oryx and 3 more from strikes. Some of the strike ones you can get when normal patrolling FYI.

You don't have to open every single one on the dreadnought, just the first one you get from the rune. Honestly, please educate yourself before coming on here and ranting. Google is your friend.

What fragment from the chest of maggots? You get a few fragments from the first chests you open. It doesn't matter what they are. The exception being the scent chest and the court of oryx chest I think. The first open of ANY of the other chests will give the fragment associated with those!

Go to destinyghosttracker.net. they have guides for every fragment. None are purely rng based.

You only get one fragment from keys and its from the first one. Otherwise there is a chest that needs a scent and one where you need your super.

6 RepliesAre you thinking the worm sent chest? You don't need a key for that. You have to sit in the room get the stench on you and you have one min to get to the left platform via a jumping puzzle.

3 RepliesYou only get a fragment from the FIRST chest you will open with a key. It doesnt matter which key you get. Any chest later on you will not receive any fragment again.

You only get a calcified fragment from the first chest you open. Once you received the fragment the rest of the chests just give you random loot.

2 RepliesYou do know it doesn't specifically have to be key of maggots you need. The first time you open any cheat with a key you get a fragment. Then the scent of the wines chest and also the sky burners one. Oh and the one that kills you.
