Edit: If you join a group you receive a free req pack
Edit 2: If you get a req pack early by some means you can open it on Halo Waypoint.
Edit 3: If anyone knows of other methods for free req cards I'll gladly put it up and say who told me.

So far I'm ok with both, was kinda bummed at first due to lack of customization for armor but there customization in other areas which is welcome and there is also a metric shit ton of armors so I guess it's fine.
