You didn't test striker or defender. Striker has the same damage resistance as sun breaker in their super, and defender has more than twice the armor of sun breaker. Also a radiant skin warlock gets the same damage resistance as sun breaker.

Not sure. I never play as my titan even with this new Subclass. But the most important thing of all in regards to Titans and supers, [i]Sunbreakers aren't the only Titan Super to survive most of what you showed us. Fist of havoc with an exotic helmet or perk can withstand 2 golden gun shots, a nova bomb, a head shot with high impact snipers.[/i] Even a Defender Titan inside his bubble can surive, 2 golden gun shots, a nova bomb, A fist of Havoc, blade dancer waves. While shutting down any super as long as they have a grenade. Titans have never been a poor character, they have never not had awesome stuff. The players and the community have been poor players. The players and community lacks the ability to use awesome stuff. The players and community beg for nerfs. Then complains when something blows afterwards. Stop it, just stop it.

Max armor on a warlock for crucible would have same armor and be just fine...your video shows max armor stat but not gear. Chest armor and helm like ram same effect nerf those too right?

This is a well made attempt at a validation using data. However it is incomplete to be taken seriously. I've learned that fancy reports are usually fancy presentations of manipulated extrapolations from raw data to highlight the creators opinions. You "cleverly" show "full" armor "builds" without exposing the actual important parts of your different classes. This failure to reveal the actual perk selections of the class, equipped weapons and armor means we have no idea what is really going. Other then you want everyone to believe your statement as fact. Before it can be pointed out yes I main a Titan, yes I play as a Sunbreaker in PvP, and most importantly I suck at it. Bungie will do what Bungie does and IDGAF one way or the other. Nerf it or not I will still play as a Titan it's what I enjoy but it's gotten so old already every one trying pass their biased opinions off as fact. It's laughable that people on this forum think Bungie take any of the nerf/OP threads seriously. They tell you guys time and time again they use the raw data over a period of time to determine IF and WHAT changes they make are going to be. Heres an idea..be smarter about what you do in pvp. Im a hunter..average in pvp mode at best..i dont play a lot of pvp but my average is up greatly last few months because im not charging head on to kill everyone i see..if you see a titan throwing hammers run the other way unless you have a super ready. If you dont see him coming then respawn and try and get him back. Never once when i killed someone with golden gun from quite a distance did i have a moment of remorse where i thought maybe i shouldnt use this. So i dont expect any from mr titan when one of those hammers comes flying towards my head. Crying about what super or guns people use is just dumb. Pvp will always be slightly unbalanced in one way or another as new guns and supers are introduced and tweaked. Deal with it. Theres a mode called pve where dregs are complaining like mad that their supers arent even charging. If titans now have a super they enjoy fair play. Im almost sure there will be a slight nerf at somepoint.whether its justified or not the stats will tell. Some pvp players are just crybabies. Got a message yesterday from someone saying good glitching because i killed him with shadowshot. Never used the glitch and never will. Dont even know how to do it. I wish everyone who threatened to quit would just go and leave the gaming to players who enjoy it.

Sunbreakers have an awesome super but weak neutral game. No range melee. Decent grenades Stormcallers have a good super. Awesome neutral game Farthest range melee. Arc bolt great grenades. Night stalkers have a skill shot but good super. Arguably the best neutral game. Keen scout shadestep Invis on command disorient dot. Pros and cons. It's just not many people know how to use shadestep. But it's almost op to me. It will be in trials I guarantee. You can get out of situations with shadestep no other class can. Also a crucible match is majority played in he neutral game. And if you shut down a sol once it greatly cripples a sunbreakers chances because that's the bread and butter. Because their neutral game is the weakest in comparison. Try and keep an open mind to this which hardly gets any attention.

Sunbreakers have the same damage resistance as every other super, but titans have more overall armor, so they don't get one shotted. They arnt OP when you think about it.

Why is there no video of you playing as a sunbreaker. As someone who mains a Titan I can tell you that unless you are full health when you begin your super that armor means nothing and you will get head shot just like any other class. All over these forums there are always call for armor reductions during supers, damage reductions to supers, changes to the skill trees. It is not just Titans but every class and every subclass, weapons and even armor. This is all in the name of PvP but no one ever thinks about the PvE implecations of what you are asking. I've never been in a strike or raid or any other mission and heard anyone say man I wish my Hunters GG didn't have such high Aim assist I wish bungie would nerf it or I think I my shadowshot works too good. How many times have you heard man its wrong how much of a boost you get from WoL I think we should scale that back. How about my Warlock should not be able to self revive bungie should just take that out, or radiant skin is a load of bull it's saved me to many times bungie should nerf that too. These are all supers that have kept raids going saved us from wiping and enhanced the enjoyment of the game. Just remember that when bungie changes things it is normally a blanket change and not just one game mode.

Wow. You didn't try to create a video with the outcome you wanted or anything. As a blade dancer and Stormcaller you literally stand there asking to be killed. Stormcaller and blade dancers who know what they are doing are mobile, stay in the air and blink all over the place to avoid being hit and to get those kill streaks. Before you bring up Titan skating. It's not even remotely close to being the same. You need to build up momentum with two jump cycles at least. Whereas the other classes just move at top speed. Finally, sure nerf Sunbreakers armor, at the same time give them the ability to blink or fly all over the place during their supers. Otherwise take the blinking, invisibility and speed buffs away from the other supers. You people whine and whine about the Sunbreaker armor while conveniently ignoring the speed, flying, invisibility, blinking bullshit attendant to the other supers.
