No Jolly Holliday Quest
Saw this forum question before, but there was no Bungie reply. Lot of people said get Crucible Rank 3 and the quest will unlock but I'm currently Crucible Rank 5 and still have no unlock. Any more information would be helpful.

1 ReplyYep i dont have it either. Starting to think you have to have the last word also seeing as how its needed to complete the quest (which is dumb as hell. an exotic that needs another exotic to get)
