If you use the bow glitch you should get banned.
Enough said. Its pure crap and you deserve a ban. And they should go back and ban the titans too.
Never did either glitch because I'm not a scrubby scrublord.

Edit 5: lots of strong opinions. Maybe deej and cozmo will notice and pass it along. Most people say its cheating and I agree too.
Edit 6: don't forget to blame the scrubby youtube morons for spreading it around too. Its good to know they are part of the problem.

I agree. People going into iron banner with whole teams doing this glitch is unacceptable. I'd say a 2-3 day ban until it's fixed would suffice. And don't actually ban them from live or psn just destiny crucible.

Agreed. If I could wield the mighty ban hammer, I'd totally do it. Just a crucible ban though, nothing else.

if you use it in PVP you should get banned...only if Bungie is unable to disable it...it is a shame when someone uses it to change the outcome in PVP...not to mention you have IB bounties based on leads and points, etc...today I am seeing it a lot towards the end of the match...game changing...should have maybe cancelled IB too.

Doing this glitch in PvP is selfish, cheating (gaining an unfair advantage), griefing, and overall speaks about who you are as a human being when given power over others. Edit: Part 1: Go back and temp ban the Titan's who did it in PvP too. They're just as guilty. Part 2: If reported for cheating, Bungie is more than capable of seeing how many orbs your generated that game, as with the glitch you produce an overwhelming amount of them.

I haven't seen a single hunter using it during this week and if so I'm not gonna rage because it's just crucible...not something really important like trials. These glitches are part of the game experience,they get discovered,someone tries them and then they get fixed. I remember the good old loot cave! Man if I grinded for those engrams! But Bungie did't ban every single player that was doing it... they banned no one, and when they fixed it they left us a nice easter egg to say "that was our fault,but we're happy to see that you got some engrams!"

1 ReplyAgreed. Having a good close elimination match, was feeling pumped. All of a sudden dude on the other team starts resetting his super and wipes us all out. All 3 of us reported him. I was somewhat upset about the trials delay, but now I'm happy. Hope Bungie pays attentions and bans all these cheaters, they deserve to miss out on the first round of trials when it starts.

I wanted to go to orbit but I didn't want to ruin my strike streak I was on. Essentially I just sat back and did nothing while they spammed their purple puke all over the place.

Hehe.... Im rank 5 on all my guys already so i decided to play with it last night in ib. I didnt spam like a lot of people do but i did have constant super all the time. If you just shoot one shot every now and then nobody is the wiser. I mainly used it to defend myself when i heard a titan using his super....lol. It tethers them so they cant throw their hammers....

Yes they should ban, i don't mind in pve but in pvp these guys spam it, I mean even Titans didn't use it in pvp very rarely you would see on, now hunters are doing it everywhere. THIS IS NOT ALL HUNTER THOUGH

This shouldn't be a permanent ban because your just 'beating the game' maybe it could be a week long ban so you miss a reset
