You should only get banned if you use it in pvp

RANT I have never seen such -blam!-ing incompetence from a video game developer in all of my gaming history. The reason people are running rampant with shadow shot is because of the lack of -blam!-ing consequences. It's not enough that people are abusing shadow shot but I've had games were the little ass-hats glitch out of the -blam!-ing map or below the stage and start firing away at you. What the hell is up with the matchmaking in this game? I understand you want to balance skill but why the -blam!- am I playing with Steve from Australia, Eduardo from Mexico, Stalin from Russia, Lee from China and Jack from State Farm all in one -blam!-ing game? What the -blam!- are you actually getting paid to do at Bungie? Instead of coming out with shit such as micro-transactions why the -blam!- don't you get off your ass and fix this broken piece of shit that is crucible. Why the -blam!- don't you split the -blam!-ing skill tree talents into separate PVE and PVP versions. Why don't you -blam!-ing take a step back and -blam!-ING SEPARATE THE TWO. Is it so -blam!-ing hard to have a skill that does "x" in PVE and "y" in PVP? PVP and PVE are two completely separate -blam!-ing entities. The nerfs that you bring out in PVP negatively impact so much of PVE it makes me wonder if you're -blam!-ing high when you come up with this shit. There is no -blam!-ing way that you can change a weapon and balance both PVE and PVP. You are too -blam!-ing stupid to realize this. Don't even get me started on the -blam!-ing economy in this game. All I have to say at this point is: MAKE UP YOUR -blam!-ING MIND ALREADY. What -blam!-ing currency do you want us to use? Why the -blam!- are you continuously changing the way weapons and armour are leveled. Why do I have -blam!-ing mounds of materials piling up in my vault with no way to spend them. Do the fallen -blam!-ing shit wormspore? Honestly, get your shit together. I understand that the forum community represents a small portion of the entire destiny community. But my lord... get a -blam!-ing clue already. Show us that you actually know what the -blam!- you are doing and that you can string together a coherent game. /RANT

You realize by making this kind of posts it's just a kind of inducement to use the glitch? I mean I've been using BD in crucible waiting till the glitch gets fixed, and going full auto bow in PvE which helps everyone there. But seeing these kind of post is really pulling the trigger on urge to do the glitch in Pvp because it's a known thing no one will get banned. Well Whatever ..I Won't Use The Glitch IN PvP ever, because I'd feel shitty if the kills I got were from some scrub tactics...feeling similar to like say you ordered pizza and the delivery guy gave you more change by mistake when you handed him the tip - would drive down to the pizza place to return the money. Not everyone's views are same ..so we'll be seeing a lot more of the NS glitch as more of these type posts come up..with some doing it just to piss you guys off. I can understand because I feel the urge, just barely containing it.

PvE this should stay, same as the 60+ hammers in HoS. PvP, it isn't a big deal unless they totally abuse it. I have yet to see anyone abuse it in excess outside of the videos on forums. I myself only use it to refresh my super should I come across (and kill with 2 direct hits, not a frequent occurrence for me).

They can't ban em they will lose a majority of the player base more then likely. Maybe a week ban before trials but not a perma ban or a ban until they fix the glitch. I personally hate it in PvE and PvP that's just me though. It's much worse in PvP but none the less they are abusing an expliot and it's bs that nothing is being done about it.

They should, but it seems pretty clear at this point that they are not. They can get alot of info from this game, and I'm pretty sure if someone is activating their super 30 times a match its kinda obviously they are cheating. Yet, nothing on anyone being banned for this, which is why people are still doing it.

I deal with network security all day, so here is the real issue: coding laziness. Yep. Here is how it should work: There is a set "allowed" game state database. I.E. How many Shadowshots are legitimately possible in 60 secs, how many grenades a player can spawn with, how high they can jump, fast they can move etc. Many PC online games used this, and COD actually did implement something similar at a local user level (but people hacked consoles), same with GTA Online (supposedly). Then each match was checked against the allowed status....you deviate; you get flagged....it happens again you get banned. The end. The process is automated and doesn't require reports or constant monitoring by people.

Not here to discuss whether or not this is a bad thing. But after beating someone who was cheating yesterday, hate mail was sent to him, and his response "I'm living proof that cheaters never prosper" made me want everyone but this guy to be banned hahahahahaha

The titans who did this should have been banned. Using these exploits in PvP is completely unacceptable. My opinion on this is to both sides of the coin. The titans who did it are just as guilty as the hunters who currently do it. That being said, the titans who did it were unaffected by any sort of repercussions. The same grace should be extended to the hunters doing it. On a personal level, I want them to pay hard for doing it during IB. That's just flat out -blam!-ed up and displays a level of filth that I hadn't seen in a while.

My favourite class is hunter and I am reporting any cheater I see, in the enemy team or my team...and I try to not walk over the orbs. I hope Bungie will ban them, forever.
