Armsday now sucks
I'm really starting to sour on arms day and here is the reason why it's the same weapons over and over week after week and have yet to see a handcannon or the suros pulse rifle but it will continue to throw garbage auto rifles and low impact snipers time and time again and before anyone asks I'm rank 4 and a half the only reason to get to rank 5 is for the first curse exotic handcannon

I really hate armsday because I have to drop 12,500 glimmer to get 5 mediocre weapons that will likely get dismantled anyways.

3 RepliesQuest for the first curse is a total pain. The hand cannon you gotta use is shit. And you need to get 7 precision kill sprees and a couple normal killing sprees like come on

I've got a hand cannon from a package I lv it on my warlock. They haven't put one on to order which is stupid like u said same guns every week.

I do it for the marks... May keep 1 or 2 or of the 5, the rest i do level then dismantle.

Well I've had two exotic quests from it (just doing imprecation now) and found my favourite scout (tuonela) and it gives me something to do on a Wednesday so I like it.

I'd take glimmer-for-marks any day, at the very least. They could've made armsday orders cost Legendary marks.... *shudder*

You're paying for up to 45 legendary marks, bro! You also get packages that give you 5 marks as well! [spoiler]I always pump a few motes into legendary weapons. More weapon parts, and extra two marks per weapon[/spoiler]

Perhaps we'll get them at higher light/attack as (1.) our Gunsmith Rank goes up and (2.) after we beat the King's Fall Raid in Hard mode and have 310+ light when we make or turn in our orders? This would make the Gunsmith more relevant for acquiring Endgame weapons...

7 RepliesI can hardly complain. Some of the things that were in week one have not been around again and I'm waiting for them to return. Did you not get the Omolon fusion? The Eirene sniper? The Suros scout that rolled with 100% range?!? The Omolon scout with max stability? The Suros launcher with what is nearly a PvP "God roll"?!? All of those are great weapons with the option to choose the roll you wanted on armsday. I can't see how anyone can complain. If you don't like it just don't participate in the whole armsday thing anymore.
