I would agree Sunbreaker is not really overpowered but they do have a little to much of a defense buff. Also I really do not think you can use a sniper as a valid argument though(in a way). I hit a LITC head shot on a full health sun breaker in his super and it took him to just under half health. One head shot no matter what will not kil la mid super sunbreaker but certainly does help weaken them so they can be taken out though.
If anything they really just need to health Regen perk modified.

How much damage did it do? If it did 188, LitC didn't proc.

It was a head shot and did in the 150's with LITC and it did proc, you can hear the sound when it procs. hitting them with out it for me does about 100. I am trying to get a friend in to a rumble game just to test it further, This was in IB by the way and I was 306 light.

That's impossible. The 1000-Yard Stare does 188 to the head during HoS. LitC head shots normally do about 526. That should do well over 200 against Sunbreakers.

But it does not, next time this happens in IB I will record it so you can see, keep in mind that this titan had max armor, not all titans run max armor and with out max armor it may be possible to head shot with a LITC round.
