ToC Exotic Engrams
There has to be a lock for each person. I get Hereafter and Telesto every time but no Fourth Horseman. I get Suros and The Last Word every time but no Supercell. Seems like there is a lock on you. Every Fourth Horseman or Supercell comment I see, they can't seem to find a Telesto [u][b]or[/b][/u] Hereafter. Same for the Supercell, they can't seem to find a Suros [b][u]or[/u][/b] The Last Word. There is no way it's RNG when you pull the same crap every time. There is some kind of lock on the weapons. It's like 2 categories, there's the people with Supercell, then there's the people with Suros.
What's your thoughts, do you think this is true?
To anyone else that reads this, I just obtained the 4th Horseman through a special exotic engram so it actually [u][b]may[/b][/u] be crappy RNG, I say may because I'm using my other character to get engrams now, so like people say, its probably account based.
Just got it... Got the Supercell baby! It has to be in the characters you make. I used a Titan and never got it. Made a Hunter about 4-5 days ago and today I got the Supercell. Guys it has to be in the characters you make. I've gotten Invective, 4th Horseman, Monte Carlo and Supercell today which I couldn't get through my Titan. I wish y'all luck on the Supercell guys, about to test her out.

1 ReplyI pulled the supercell from a purple engram from a strike using toc, it's my go to for strikes. Just pulled a hereafter from a strike using toc and it dropped as a exotic engram. Still not used to seeing them drop.

I've had multiples of all the primary and secondary weapons except for red death. I didn't realise that heavy engrams could drop because I've not seen a single one!

I've gotten 5 fourth horseman. Though nowadays all i get are glove engrams with impossible machines..

I kept getting repeats until this week. Got the Supercell and 4th Horseman after countless dupes. Also got the Sleeper that day, 3 new exotics for each slot, in one day.

3 RepliesI did Bond Brothers level 36 this morning. I popped two 3oc as a test (normally use one). Killed first brother, nothing dropped except the cabal glimmer item. Network key or whatever. Teammates killed second brother, I didn't see exactly where. Ran around looking for his body or engrams. Saw the body but no engrams. During results screen, I was distracted, but thought I saw a yellow box flash on the right side of the screen, like when you transfer an exotic to your character with the app. Checked inventory, saw nothing new. Post office had a blue engram for me. Noticed I still had 3oc active on my character screen. Baffled.

1 ReplyI’ve been trying to get 4th horseman since it was out, I even saved up a bunch of strange coins to waste on Xur’s ridiculously expensive legacy engrams and then for 4 weeks straight he even refuses to sell primary legacy engrams! I’m also still missing LoW and Six Dreg’s Pride to finish my year 1 collection but that’s because I hardly played poe. I had more than enough chances to get 4th horseman however, but I always got something else, it seems to be the only weapon to truly not be in my loot table.

I agree...to this day ive yet to get ice breaker and yes i know xur sold it but magically the weekends he sold it i didnt play all weekend and VoG raid i never got fatebringer and done VoG like 8474784848488484x not just those there's others ive never received

Bungie can take The Crest of Alpha Lupi and stick it up their Bungie hole. 8 for 8 on my Titan exotic chest engrams. Whomever supposedly fixed the algorithm is a fuctard.

2 RepliesThe most probable theory i read(many months back) is that the game will determine your loot drop roll % the moment you create a character. Which explains why some people can get 8-9 duplicates and not a single weapon they are missing out. Like for my case, i have obtained 8 TLWs in the past 12 months and i only got hawkmoon on TTK launch day special green engram.
