SHOT PACKAGE REMOVED FROM ALL SHOTGUNS!
Lol @ people who use shotguns as a crutch.
Rangefinder will still be a problem but still. At least this eliminates most Matador / Felwinter's now. Can't wait to snipe in peace.

The worst part is that they didn't let us choose a different perk (since most of us spent a long time rerolling old weapons) but instead gave us random perks which if you're like me is the absolute worst possible perks.. Btw if anyone reads this thinking I use shotguns in crucible because I'm a scrub I haven't since ttk or maybe you think I'm butthurt, I'm not..

2 RepliesI find it hilarious. Shot guns are considered OP. They nerf. Now it's not just Shot guns but the perks are OP. So they completely remove them. Now stay with me here.... Snipers with Last Round were considered OP ( i won't go into anything on this.) Instead of removing a perk they simply said you have to get a critical in order for it to proc. But then Bungie added a very accessible sniper with Luck in the Chamber...which can body shot you... They are completely removing a perk yet add a ridiculous random body shot kill weapon....what? How does this make sense in the grand scheme of things...The luck in the chamber will be nerfed..why even put something in the game knowing full well it will be removed? Why introduce something to only take it away.

3 RepliesLol at all the people that think this nerf will do anything. People get mad because they are bad. Most people killed by shotguns are within reasonable range they just blame it on range because they want an excuse for why they died. If anything it's the cramped maps that make it easier for shotgunner to get in close range and kill people.

I think the real way to fix it would be to re-design the maps. The majority of maps favor close quarters gameplay. To me the actual gun isnt the problem, the maps just make it really easy to close distance gaps safely. There's a few map exceptions but still
