SHUT THE DOORS BUNGIE!
Dear Bungie,
You absolutely suck. Your version of an epic quest is terrible at best. Do the gaming community a favor and just shut down immediately . Close the doors and walk away. EQ1 (1999, that is 16 freakin years ago Bungie) had better quest lines. Is this a joke? Are you really proud of your product? Let me wrap up TTK for you real quick. You built a new zone, you scattered a bunch of fragments around and gave us a raid that can be run in an hour. I'm waiting for the punchline Bungie.
$60 for Vanilla, $40 for the first 2 expos and $40 for TTK. Good for you for keeping us all on the hook. Your marketing is fantastic, they all should be praised. You managed to squeeze $140 (minimum) out of all of us on a game that while very fun to play has about as much content as a bag of Lay's from a vending machine. (You open that bag and there's like 5 chips in there....we've all been there)
Now I'll be the first to say I enjoy playing but after 2 weeks, there is absolutely nothing left to do. I get that the Hard Raid will drop but let's be fair, how long will that take to crack? I keep coming back because I think things will change, they will be better "this time". Well someone smart once said that a tiger don't change his stripes. Bungie, you are that tiger.

$140 for this has been well worth it. I have close to 1000 hours on this game. I have spent $120 on the last 2 years of CoD which was a waste due to them being crappy. I spent $60 on Witcher 3 that I had less than 40 hours on and it grew old. I spent $60 on Sunset Overdrive which lasted about 12 hours. Etc......the list continues. If you don't like it, leave. No need to be a crying entitled baby on a forum.

I KNEW this would happen. 2 weeks ago people were screaming they couldn't level up fast enough (light level). Arguing they need to hand out more legendary marks. So you rushed trough the content, got all the gear you can on all 3 characters. Played way too much and now you are bitching about how there is no content left. Btw, bungie revealed a couple of days ago they are introducing more frequent content updates instead of one big chunk each 3 months. Chill man, just chill

The sleeper quest could have definitely been better but they pretty much said yesterday that theyve heard us and will try something different with the next one. Im pretty sure you were one of those guys that did everything possible to mac out right from the beginning and now here you are crying about no content, Bunige isnt the one that needs to change, its you.

In the meantime shut your mouth and stop complaining, no one forced you to buy anything and personally this community would be better off without the whiners.

Only other game in thinking of is metal gear, bloodbourne?, which once they are beaten, you Preety much put it down. Cmon son. Be real.

1 ReplyI agree with the lack of content. That's why I took it/am taking it slow. Still haven't run the raid, still hunting exotics, still leveling up my third character. Just trying to milk out the new stuff as long as I can.

1 ReplyI look at this way: Yeah I spent $140 on this game, but I've gotten over 300 hours of entrainment from it. If I wanted to get 300 hours of entertainment from movies, I'd have spent well over $1000. That's being conservative. So I'm good with this game thanks.

5 RepliesI usually don't play console games but I got destiny as a gift on 360, then I got so into it I purchased an Xbox one, destiny and the dlc' seven preordered the collectors edition of TTK, I was so hype. Usually when a new expansion comes out the information that comes with it is awesome, they tell you everything up front (mostly) then overtime you see even better new additions and get even more hype. Bungie didn't share anything until the last couple weeks before release. After it released, I was in, power leveled to 40, and got to 270 light in a matter of hours (spammed leveled my faction using 1000+ notes of light I had saved up) couple days later got to 290+, waited for the raid. The raid released and I was on it day 1, soon as it released, now I beat the raid 3 times (sometimes more to help friends) a week and get bored instantly. I basically threw money at my tv screen for something that wasn't worth it. They said preordered the collectors would give us "exclusive stuff" then proceed to drop those "exclusives" for 20$, the dances are class locked, the only cool thing was the strange coin and that isn't worth 40$ extra. All in all, I'll wait before I buy something new from Bungie, they seem to have a way of tricking people into spending all their time and money. Even if everyone is hype they reach light 400 or something it'll take any good player a week at the most to catch up -.-

3 RepliesPeople only see what they paid but don't see how much time they spend in the game. 1 year later and you paid 11,66 dollar a month. I know for sure that when you are playing Destiny you bought another game for 60 dollars and played it for 2 weeks. But no only complain about bungie.

1 ReplyI would just like the opportunity to grind for Astrocyte helmet and some other exotics... But they are Not in the game :( Stop holding back Bungie, I'd like to play more to get some things I'm missing but you won't release them yet. So until you do or until the new IB comes out, I'm taking a break from destiny.
