Looking for 21+ guardians for relaxed stress free clan
Guardians of the Luminous (PS4 clan) are looking for people 21+ preferably but younger guardians are no problem if they're chill and aren't blasting obscenities non stop (but when you miss a disappearing platform for the 5th time we more than understand). The next part of this post was perfectly worded by fellow clan mate Krucifyer, and expresses what I wanted to say but failed at. Another reason to have have great people backing you up.
I'm sure most clans, basically are formed under the same fundamental principles.
Loyalty and Teamwork.
Of course other characteristics come into play,
But that would depend on what the people in the clan deem more important.
Friendliness, Communication, Functional
expertise, elitism and the list would be endless.
So to the point?
To become a core group, of regular people that can play together. Some kind of communication is necessary. Written or verbal being the most practical here relating to this game.
It isn't necessary to join party every time you log in, it also isn't necessary to have a mic.
But to create the environment that a clan is designed for, some kind of interaction would be necessary. This clan is not an elitist clan, it's about the fun, enjoyment, friendships and banter that happens in party chat whilst playing.
Completing of events/raids for gear, is not top of the agenda. So no matter your level, style or mishaps, don't be shy or afraid to communicate. Clans are designed to help each other not judge each other. Well effective ones anyway.
To understand someone's game style, would be much more beneficial, the gear comes later once the dust has settled so to speak.
In other words, why join a clan, if you still play solo? Don't chat? Or are not clan orientated.(read above for clan principles)

A clan functions with diversity however you practice group think, where any Individual that fails to agree with their idealistic views are simply removed as a heretic. For example, I wanted to do an exotic sword quest, which this clan helped me do, but we failed. After failing I asked if any of them wanted to do a nightfall or daily legendary mark events, to which I was ignored. During this time, one individual on my friend list joined and asked if anyone wanted to do a raid. This person was ignored and was removed. As explained by the officer in the party, this clan does not approve of LFG players, and if you wish to do anything in this game, you need to play with these people or you are kicked. I was very uncomfortable with these players, and when I was messaged by Randoms for an LFG group for the sword quest, I joined them. We finished, and these Randoms for LFG were far more polite and skilled then these individuals. As a result of simply joining a far more skilled team, and not playing with these people, I was kicked. This is not a clan! Simply put, this clan is filled with egotistic, unskilled, paranoid and controlling individuals. It is not a clan, more like a strict click, and unless you are disparate for a clan or like being a bullied, this clan is [b][i]NOT[/i][/b] [b][i]FOR YOU[/i][/b]
