you can block dude, you can survive a hit at crota if you block with the sword

why block at 1 ft away when you can shoot at 10 ft or 20 ft. waste of time, by the time you run up there hit block hit you could've unloaded a heavy clip on the boss. but on a side note i'd like to see a video of you trying this say on war priest or Oryx.........try your sword blocking on current level enemies, not saying it wont work just that id like to see it.

you're right, sleeper will be better at distance compared to exotic swords, BUT the exotic sword will be better at closer range. and remember the range on bolt caster
