Warframe is what destiny WISHES it could be
Warframe is a completed free game with many free updates that has many more planets weapons and classes then destiny and it's all free. Destiny clearly got inspiration from warframe but wasn't able to make something with nearly as much content or good.
Face It bungie kids...warframe was always your ultimate destiny
Lots saying destiny in development before warframe. True. But they could have had multiple builds,restarts,and doesn't mean closer to the end they looked at other games ideas. Let's face it the 2 are very similar in design game wise.
Edit 2 most people trying to trash warframe are describing what's wrong with destiny lol. Your literally playing what you say is in warframe. And don't get me started destiny will become pay for everything plus microtransactions so stop saying you can pay to win because it's just for helping it go faster. Anyone else can win just as easy as someone with 200 bucks.

1 ReplyWarframe is more of a grinding kind of game, if you are too lazy or don't want to grind you have to buy Platinum or try and trade something good enough for someone to give you platinum which you have to pay to get. and some weapons you can't get unless you pay real money for platinum. With Destiny all you need is Glimmer to pay for all items, or legendary marks, or you can get them without having to wait for a month to get one items when I can get it easily in less than ten seconds. Plus the grinding is a lot more bearable because you get "bounties" which give you both Exp and can give you a chance for an encrypted item. Anyway.

Destiny could learn some things from warframes customization options, but i still like Destiny much more. Apples to oranges fool. Also, this is your opinion. For all the faults Destiny has had and the few it still does I'll still play 1000's of hours more Destiny before I ever boot up Warframe again. It's an ok game if you have no money and want something free to play but it can't touch Destiny in terms of polish.

5 RepliesWhat turned me off from warframe was when I acquired enough materials to create a melee weapon (some kind of Katana) I had to wait 12 hours for it to be completed or play real life money to be able to get it immediately. I'd rather just pay for the game than that micro transaction shit (hopefully destiny doesn't go this far, or I'm out).

2 RepliesI think they are completely different games. And war frame isn't for everyone. The difference is, war frame has a lot of MT's, but you can unlock everything through a crazy amount of grinding....BUT because you didn't pay for the actual game you don't actually mind paying for a few things....but what you don't realise is that you'll actually end up spending quite abit, even if your purchases are spaced out over a year. I know a guy that's paid around £200 on it, but because those purchases are spread out he doesn't realise the fact.
