What about the sword materials where you have to collect materials to get one soliton flare or whatever, maybe you have to keep dismantling fusion rifles after collecting all four relics to get one to drop.

After you drop 2,1,4,3 you won't drop anymore on that character.

But those aren't from dismantling fusion rifles, and I've had to do that for two quests/bounties already
