Read the whole post. He is in agreement that it should only activate inside the bubble. The only difference is that it procs regardless of the perk you are using.
If you leave the bubble with blessings or weapons (based on his change) the perk would NOT proc. Nobody uses armor of light. This would actually make the weapon usable.

Reading the whole post is important. I just got it last night as was thinking exactly what you suggested here. I can't think of a place were I would use it over my year 2 party crashers ATM.

Edited by Fridén: 10/2/2015 7:33:29 PMLOL, I have two. Both from PVP matches, pretty close together too. Pretty lucky drops. Neither have a range stat boost for a perk though, so that kinda sucks. Good PVE perks though. I'll equip them on my warlock and titan if you want to look.

LUCKY! The one on your Warlock looks Awesome too! Dang i have no luck when it comes to getting good weapon drops in crucible, it's been all crap since the TTK has dropped.

My best luck has always came from PVP for some reason (that is how I got my first and second gjalllarhorn.) But we all have our struggles. Outside of Xur engrams and the armor/weapons he is selling, I have only gotten 1 exotic (less black spindle which is guaranteed) and that is Telesto. We all have our struggles it seems LOL. Just need to get the gunsmith to 3 on all characters :)
