Any restaurant? Hmmm.... Penn Station comes to mind, as does Five Guys... However, I am gonna have to go with Uno! Who doesn't want Chicago style deep dish? Sure, it's not the best deep dish ever, but it stands a much better chance of surviving the ages than most places do.
