Remove Shotguns from PVP
I don't think shotguns deserve a place in PVP at all honestly. One shot kills up close have no place in a competitive fps. It completely ruins the idea of out playing someone. Back in the halo days where only one person could have a shotgun at a time, there was complexity to the gunfights. Shoot till their shield is gone then melee or grenade and punch. Now everyone just runs around with an easy one shot gun. If there was no shotgun then you would have to think about how you will react when someone gets in close. Without shotguns, fusion rifles would have a place in the crucible. I just want more thinking and skill encorperated into my gunfights is all. Shotguns give u a worry free engagement. Shotgun cheese has got to go. Maybe I enjoy a different style of play than other people. Who else agrees.

2 RepliesProblem is with the map design. Most of the maps are close quarters, so shotguns dominate automatically. Imagine if the main playlist was just First Light, Bastion, Skyshock, and Crossroads. Suddenly shotguns seem like a less useful option. Its unfortunate that those are the only four maps that are big enough to deter shotgun use. Shotguns are honestly pretty balanced now, the problem is that every map caters to shotgun users.

Remove range finder and shot package and make all shotgun range much closer.

And why the hell not, let's get of supers, their too op and they make the game uneven. Also lets get rid of melees. When you're right next to someone they can hit you two times and kill you.
