There are still people who play the raid without knowing how to do the section. There are things like youtube to help you im sure if you can play Destiny which requires a network then you can definitely access youtube one way or another. Ive always been helping by explaining the mechanics of the raid on different stages but sometimes it gets really tiresome. Cmon guys there are so many sources to help you guys out to understand the raid so USE IT!! The videos are so detailed that you cannot go wrong. By now all the guides are up and its not like the first week because that i can understand since noone really knows what to do.
Everyone makes mistakes i understand but totally not knowing what to do is a different story altogether. You may die multiple times in the raid no one cares as long you know what you're doing then that's good because everytime you do it again you definitely tend to avoid your previous mistakes. It's like a learning process so please use all these guides to get yall started for the raid.
Oh and just incase if someone tells me that they don't want to look at videos due to spoiler than it's actually no different from someone spending 20 over mins explaining it to you during the raid in my opinion.
Edit: Okay thank you all the replies i now see that im in the wrong . I sincerely apologise for being impatient and an elitist.
Edit: To all those smartass who keeps talking about going in blind for the full experience. I don't give a fk if you want that experience do it with buddies but when you're in lfg and joining a group you honestly think that the group you're finding for is gonna tolerate you for not knowing a single thing with so many sources of help around?
Why are you guys even telling me about going in blind I can't give a fk because when you're in my team I'm not gonna be like " Hey I'll let you figure out this part by yourself since you want that "experience" go fk yourself you either know or you fking don't .
If you don't I always teach but do you know what it feels like to be doing the teaching in every group every single time ? Annoying ! That's the whole purpose of this post . So stop telling me about how you wanna do it blind because when ur in my team I'm not gonna let you fking take your leisure walk and invite more frustration and gazillion wipes just because you wanna be a blind fag!

OP can't spell fuck right.
-
You should learn how to make friends, get a dedicated raid group, and shut the f_ck up
-
Getting explained to during the raid and watching a tutorial about it is completely different. With YouTube, it spoils not only the mechanics, but also the feeling of seeing the new area or boss for the first time.
-
Wow... Just get off the forums and go get a life ya jerk.
-
2 RepliesYeah, going in blind is fun. If you do not want to explain things, then when you look for a group ask for people that have done it. No need to be an asshole.
-
Because some of us have jobs and such and don't want to devote time to watching instructional videos for the raid. If someone explains it once I'm set and will pick it up easy.
-
I only look at YouTube if we try a few times and can't figure it out. Sure tons have beaten them before us, kinda takes the fun out it though. Avoid YouTube at first and enjoy the game. I think you will get a better experience out of it.
-
Because some people want to have fun learning mechanics of the raid themselves?
-
Op is a giant crybaby for putting this garbage on the forums. But you kind of have to see his point at least a little. If you could watch a video telling you how to bake a cake would you choose to do so or attempt to make one without a recipe at all? Same concept. You can spend hours upon hours producing really fun piles of shit* or just watch it and bust out a decent one and move on with your life. Either way you choose i dont care, just depends on what type of person you are i guess. I got a better feeling of accomplishment getting through the raid completely than when i waisted a few days trying to do it blind. Plus now i can try to finish ToM and everything ive been putting off.
tl;dr OP is fgt, but no right or wrong way to raid
-
I haven't done the raid yet but I definitely plan on watching videos to see what I'm doing before I start, if you want to go in blind find a group of other Ray Charles
-
Not enough people willing to teach and too many are afraid to ask questions.
-
3 RepliesMaybe some of us go in blind so that figuring out the fights is more of an accomplishment? Seriously is it really that hard to understand that we like challenges
-
Honestly kys
-
I wont be attempting it until middle of october, but im going in blind with a friend.
-
You're the type of player that ruined this community.
-
YOUR TEAM?? You run shit now?? Doubt it Douchenozzle
-
I think I just shed a tear. Your post was a heartfelt story of how much of a try hard douchenugget you are.
-
Maybe cause I wanna have fun with it and not try to speed run it like a fag?
-
2 RepliesI watched through Golgoroth and was a but foggy, but playing cleared it up. Daughters was a slight challenge at first but its simple now. Oryx was a bit tougher since a couple people left and we got some kids who didnt know what they were doing. But other than oryx the hardest boss we dealt with was war priest. We first tried Golgoroth (with me, a first timer, drawing gaze), third tried daughters, and took four tries on the Warpriest

Man, relax. It's a game. Have some fun.
-
3 RepliesThere are also people who want to have fun and try to learn the raid for them selves with a group of people. Elitists...
-
Oh yay, another elitist
-
Thought this post would be razed by ninjas by now
-
You're in a clan. Raid with your clan and let everyone else enjoy the game.
-
It literally just fuken came out dude
-
Its cause most people won't give new comers to the raid a freakin' chance! That's why so many people don't know how to do it.
