FOUND TODAY'S HEROIC DAILY SECRET
On today's heroic daily (Regicide), if you go to the area where you find the exotic sword knight quest behind the door in the Founts, you will find the Taken light and will have to chase it. There will be Taken further in instead of Hive where you kill the knight with your sword. I'm still trying to figure out what to do after chasing the light and killing Taken so if anybody wants to join in the discovery let me know.

2 RepliesOn your way to oryx after you go through the portal you walk through a hallway that has lamps that light up and then go out after you have passed them, maybe if you had a fire team and have all the lamps activated at the same time it'll open something up?

I just made a discovery. I decided to start the Paradox mission on heroic and I went towards the ECHO Chamber area. There's actually level 41 vex throughout the area, but the boss room is closed off. Maybe if its the daily heroic it will be opened up?

If you do the mission normally thats the area you go to when you step through the portal, its not a secret probably just the way the mission works or changes the enemies in that area. This daily mission secret thing is getting silly, of course not every mission will have a secret exotic, be real. Black Spindle could be a one off.

This is just sequence breaking the mission. the reason the door doesn't open is because you haven't triggered the steps if you skipped going through the portal in the mausoleum

11 RepliesEdited by NachoNinjaNuts: 9/26/2015 1:21:39 PMUnfortunately after killing the taken the door doesn't open. The door to the dark blade is scan able just like the lost to light mission. I feel that there is something here but can't seem to figure out the requirements. Also there is no dialogue when taking the alternate path which makes me doubt that this is the proper way to activate a secret quest. If you kill the taken in the asylum first and then go back to the rupture the door will open as soon as you enter the room the proper way. The enemies do not respawn. But the dark blade door is still sealed. Edit: Went into the cabal ship during the daily. Activated the doors to the ultra knight. Nothing special to report there.
