Xur gave me year one level weapons from Exotic Engrams...WTF??
My title pretty much says it all. I purchased 4 Exotic Engrams expecting Year two (light level 280) weapons but they were all at level 170. WHY WHY WHY? Seriously though wtf I just wasted 100 strange coins on them. :( Anybody know why?

Always research before you buy. You can still buy [i]Legacy[/i] exotics from Xur. Once purchased, they're available at your Exotic Blueprints Terminals.

I don't blame you, I saw the yellow engram and thought the same thing. I only saw the name during xur's second visit.

Hahahahahahahahahahah I'm glad you, and any other person who feels like they have cheated by Bungie, are pissed off because they bought numerous legacy engrams expecting 280 exotics, Serves you right to waste all those strange coins for not taking the time to read or just learn a simple definition of a word.

Beating a dead horse over here, but the word [i]LEGACY[/i] should give you a hint that there's something outside the ordinary with these engrams..I feel for you, but you not keeping up with the news isn't exactly Bungie's fault..

*facepalm* It was called a [b]legacy[/b] engram, meaning year one, bungie said xur would sell each legacy engram for people who couldn't quite get all the year one engrams. Don't buy next week's engram either cause it's probably going to be a special weapon legacy engram, you have been warned.

It should be a different color for legacy engrams. Make them like red or orange and specify what it could contain in game. This way people know what they are doing
