missing sword reforged quest.....................

here is some feedback.....dont make broken quest lines that can only be activated by upgrading a sword at 280... i have a 298 solar sword that i cannont turn into an exotic because of the glitched quest.

That can't be the reason. My legendary sword was (is) 298. I was able to get the exotic version just fine.
