I like to contribute and help out were I'm needed. When I'm about to start a new section of the raid I always ask what the game plan is because frequently enough there is more than 1 strategy that works. If I'm not too familiar with that raid or plan a quick explanation is all that's needed, not a 20 minute speech. If you got newbies just call out instructions as needed for anyone new and if you fail a few times well people tend to catch on quick. The I have only helped teach once really and that was just the skolas in PoE. That didn't take long at all. 1 play through and everyone pretty much got it.

1 ReplyShot caller if others are incompetent. Otherwise I usually keep my mic muted.

I'm the kind of raider that has your back and the guys next to yous backs while pro mlging everything and still letting the raid leader talk about what the team needs to do out of respect for the raid party when I've already done everything needed and some more without you even knowing it was me all the damn time unless you was paying attention.
-
Shot caller, because almost no one on ps3 knows how to beat this raid...
-
This is the problem here too many shot callers.
-
I'm a silent over watch. If I know what to do I'm in, otherwise I take it slow and do research.
-
I'm always taking charge of the raid and have always got it done

1 ReplyWhen I raid I listen and try not to mess up.

Always Leader / Contributor. Or when it's Crota, solo because teammates are insurance policy because I usually solo.
-
Had to think about it but I tend to be a contributor to our raid team. Used to running the show for raids in other games but our guy has the organization that I desperately lack. Give credit where it's due to good raid leaders.
-
What about the people who have a team that are equal and just all work together? The people who are actually good at raiding?
-
I usually am the only experienced one when invited to raids, so I mostly tell everyone what and how to do what they need to do
-
I'm a mix between contributor and listener
-
I usually gotta explain everything..

Silent killer. Usually have most kills, most damage on boss's and die very few compared to others. But I never call shots. I just do my job the best I can.
