Im sure MOST will agree that a 310 weapon was most certainly definitely worth the daily yesterday
Whether you did it or not. Be honest, it was definitely 310 exotic worthy.
Yes there may have been some all-stars that just so happen to have the perfect strategy and enough skill to do it within the first couple tries. But some teams like mine, took several hours, but we did it.
DONT NERF IT TO 290 OR 300. LET US KEEP WHAT WE EARNED. ITS NOT OUR FAULT YOU MADE A MISTAKE THAT HELPS US ONE LIGHT LEVEL
BTW
-shotguns still need a PvE buff
- fusion rifles still need a PvE buff
- pulse rifles need the tiniest little damaged nerf in PvP
-The raid is amazing, but we are getting it down fast
-Love all the quest and actually having to earn things in this game, that exotic exploit should have never happened
- the mystery and secrets are amazing, although everything is being exploited on YouTube
-There's more music and that's awesome
- wish there was a little blood and gore and language, and the females had just a little bit of sex appeal
- the towers should have mini games and more to do. And all the areas should be unlocked. Doors that cant be opened = terrible, sadness
- invisible walls still suck
Overall, I think the taken king is very good, & Destiny is 65% out of beta, IMO

1 ReplySadly it will be nerfed. I would say try to acquire a second lower level one and infuse the 310 into it. You would be ok then.

Oh well, we were all underlevelled. What we did (we were Hunter, Warlock and Titan) was our Hunter with the exotic sword gave us invisibility. We ran right out to the boss, Titan gave us blessing of light. I ran in and hammered as hard as I could until I died, self-resurrected, hammered more and more, revived our teammates, and then we swung until we died. More then 3/4 health gone in 40 seconds.

I think they are afraid it will become the new Ghorn in LFG. That would be the only justification for a nerf. Realistically they should just leave it alone. Those that used it to infuse other weapons get to reap those rewards and how is that fair.

My buddy at work plays destiny on xbox1 and he told me there was an exotic black hammer in the daily yesterday. The black hammer was one of my favorite snipers so naturally my reaction was... "dude, that shits mine". As soon as i got home i got together with my buddys and and about 2 hrs later it was mine. I am now complete, my love has returned to me.

1 ReplyWhen stores make a mistake and advertise a products sale incorrectly they have to honor it. Seems like Bungie should do the same. 'Our mistake but you earned it guardians'. Not like it can't ever get to 310. Now, nerfing guns or perks for a clear advantage in pvp? Sure that's understandable. But this has zero effect there. By the time trials and IB come people will already have the means to get it to 310. Maybe not all who have it but a fair amount I imagine.

4 RepliesI'm definitely impressed with the hidden level easter egg design. The difficulty wasn't that bad when you realize not to let the adds keep splitting. Was it worth a 310? Maybe. Pro tip, that exotic sword uppercut one shots everything in that mission. Shield or no shield, save the boss itself.

It can be infused and get it to over 300 with raid weapons, so really, it's not a big deal. You should feel happy that bungie let you have the exotic version of the black hammer with year 2 stats. You can't have everything your way.

People may obtain black spindle via the storyline mission at any time, with the caveat that it will be capped at 290 when it drops. After that, people may obtain a 310 black spindle when they complete the secret quest while the mission is the heroic daily mission. This should please both crowds. For those who say it is too hard, they can obtain the weapon on an easier difficulty, but it will not be maxed out as the weapon people can obtain by doing it on the highest difficulty. Like if you agree!

1 Replyit might have been in the daily but no where near as easy to beat...i did it on my third try and it was really hard, it was a well earned bonus. doing the daily normally is completely different then what we had to do to get this sniper rifle.

ESRB, PEGI, CERO, etc. And giving all the women sexual appeal, really? I'm not some feminist sjw who loves Anita Sarkeesian or anything but really? Depending on what you even mean when you suggest that I have different things to say about it. The characters already have sex appeal, not promiscuity, but sex appeal (there's a difference) so there's no real reason to even go adding to that. How about they actually develop them as characters before we even consider it.

After 3 hours of failing last night and now reading this morning that the base light level is being reduced I really feel let down. Just a total overwhelming sense of why bother.
