If any of watched and listened to the stream you would of caught them saying at the end don't think that oryx is dead until his grimoire card pops up. When my team was doing it we thought he glitched or had such little health that we couldn't see it. So we all got back to our spots to do one more round. Not knowing he had one last part. I could care less who got worlds first. But when the race is rigged its bull shit for the teams that it did matter to. Because they had inside info. Now you may ask why would bungie do this. Well that's easy if you get streamers to push your game you make money. And the streamers probably get something on the side for it. Bromans team and worlds first is a joke. I'll never watch them stream again bunch of cheats.

1 ReplyIt is a smart and legit way to know if a boss fight is over. Would you think bungie never added a grimour card of oryx?
-
They got the info from versesthestream when they were tied and versesthestream's team died. The twitch chat started blowing up about Oryx not being dead at the end. Bungie did set this up just watch the stream again

5 RepliesThey didn't cheat. Everybody knows that bosses drop a grimoire card when killed the first time. Go find an actual reason to complain before blindly coming to forums to insult them.
-
Don't worry bungie payed me to tell you that they definitely didn't give Bromans team any info before they attempted the raid
-
2 RepliesWow, he went full retard...
-
9/18 was an inside job
-
This is the dumbest excuse for not being Worlds first Praise Osiris
-
The mechanic has been known for a long time...
-
It's called "being cautious"
-
1 ReplyProfessor broman is an asshat
-
Let me get my tinfoil hat real quick. Bet you feel stupid after you realize that the team they were going against for world first told them that's how they died.
-
How did they cheat? There's no way they had inside info and it's just common sense that you get grimour when killing the boss
-
I think this people know the mecanic already

8 RepliesI watched the entire broadcast as well & I have no issue saying that they were indeed the first people to beat the raid. With that said, they definitely did have some insider knowledge on some of the fight mechanics. Some made it much more obvious than others because despite some of them being stream " entertainers ", there acting isn't always on point. I've been doing endgame content in MMO(RPG's) since the late 90's. Being involved with a wide range of PC MMO's, you can quickly tell who knows the fight mechanics & who doesn't. While the raid itself is not that difficult, the way they figured out things was way too fast for average level players. To the point that it should be no where near the level of a true highly experienced raid team. It was just way too obvious to me but that is just my opinion.

5 RepliesEdited by Bluwm: 9/24/2015 11:27:09 AMBush did 9/11!
Just like Broman, Goth, and Teawrex rigged the raid
This one time I stubbed my toe.
-
Yeah. If they are the first ones to beat it in hard mode, then I would applaud them..
-
4 RepliesJust so everyone knows two or three of them had already played the raid before launch at Bungie headquarters as testers so they knew how to do it already
-
2 RepliesIt was kinda weird that one guy kept being like there's a surprise, don't let up remember there's a surprise. At one pot he was like one of my buddies told me to expect something how would ur buddy know that?
-
Wtf are you talking about? That's common knowledge, you got a grimoire card for every other raid boss death, hence if you didn't get oryx grim card he was dead, not to mention you don't see his body do anything special besides go back under for a second...
-
How about you just play the game... And let the streamers do what they want.
-
What I want to know is did any professional gaming clans take part in trying to go for world's first. Or do they not care about destiny as being a competitive game.
-
Dont care.
-
21 RepliesWorld first doesn't matter till heroic. Normal kills are practice.
-
Do people really care who the world's first was? Does it matter at all? It's a game folks, it isn't a race to see who gets to the end first and everyone gets the same prizes at the end. Nobody is special in the game.

When you beat a new boss the grimore usually pops up right? Happens every time you beat a new foe. So how is that cheating or anything close when you OBSERVE what the game does when you beat a new boss?
