I made several attempts with a fireteam consisting of myself (Nightstalker) at about 291, my brother at 293 (Sunbreaker) and an IRL friend who was at 250 (Stormcaller). It... Did not go well. So, my 250 friend took one for the team, left, and we invited a friend at 296 (also a Nightstalker). Took us three tries after that, and one of those was because the runes glitched out and we couldn't pick it up to open the door. I don't really know what we did that worked well. On our successful attempt, we blew through the first few rooms in about 3 minutes. We made it to the boss room with just under 7 minutes to clear the boss and the adds. Two of us tried to clear the blights and the adds as fast as possible while one kept shooting the boss with his sniper. We downed the boss with about 2 minutes to go and cleared the trash within the next minute. It wasn't easy, but we did it. Good luck next time, dude. Try to find a fireteam that isn't a bunch of randoms. Destiny's a social game, and you gotta take the chance and friend some people that you've played with. People who start out as "randoms" can quickly become a solid fireteam if you keep playing with them.

My group had two guys with rockets on one side shoot him. Then another with a machine gun on the other side machine gun guy killed mobs and blights while we killed the boss and mobs on our side. We had 2 minutes left by the time the last mob died just stay in that starting room and your good

7 RepliesGot it after 7 hours, there's no solid strategy you just have to wing it, take care of psions the most don't worry about the others that much and occasionally dps the boss til he's down if you've been dealing with adds and blights there shouldn't be many left after you down him
