I'm also having an issue with the blighted worlds quest, step 1, the taken war , I have complete all the Petra/variks steps and got the Boolean Gemini, I don't know how to progress this quest...

Select "Blighted Coven" quest on earth. That will start the quest. Return to Cayde when done he'll have more info. I just can't get Ikora to give me the Venus quest.

Here's the requirements to start the quest. Quest Location: Eris Morn at the Tower Quest Level 40+ : Must have completed The Taken War: Venus quest Quest Guide: Complete ALL missions on Earth, Mars & Venus.
