Defeated Oryx, had 20 Moldering Shards, got a single Ghost...
Why did that happen???
I thought I was supposed to get something extra???
So today, I pretty much wasted my time on the Raid. Got Gauntlets from Golgoroth which I already had and a Ghost. Score!

Sorry for your horrible luck. Destiny is RNG and RNG is a Butthurt fickle b'+ch most of the time. Part of the price of admission. I'm sure you'll do better next time.

Good to know that I shouldn't get butthurt over not even having two shards yet. Phew, saved that cactus for later.

Boo fûcking hoo. I've done the raid twice and don't even have the ghost so don't complain.

1 ReplySo if you have 20 shards and kill oryx, it gives you a piece of gear that was in a previous part of raid. Ghost drops after jumping puzzles so this is only what I assume

20 RepliesNot only are the loot drops pathetic, but the raid gear is butt ugly, the weapon perks are nothing to call home about, and the raid primaries lack elemental burn.

I got a level 300 scout rifle and cloak when I was already level 300 I was pissed

Didn't have the shards(only 11 so far) got The ghost, Cloak, pulse rifle, and hand cannon. Pulse and Hand Cannon were my drops from Oryx.

Taking into account how the loot system seems to be broken now, maybe it applies to the Raid as well?

2 RepliesYeah, we have been complaining about loot drops on end game since skolas, Bungie has yet to acknowledge this issue or address it. I have gone through KF 3 times (did not beat Oryx) and have nothing to show for it, no weapons, or ghost. This is unacceptable, and it needs to be addressed by the devs.

If it makes you feel better your raid ghost has a higher defense then mine.
