So, how many people quickly forgot about their old weapons and gear?
Wow... I literally have 45 new items and I've only done the first 2 missions and I went on patrol for 30 minutes. Every piece is better than any of my other gear. I have yet to see how many perform... and of course Crucible is a whole other situation, but I am overblown with the items. Crazy!

I kept most of my Raid armor/weps only cuz it took friggin' forever to collect all of them, and because some small part of me hopes they'll become relevant again someday. Everything else year one got dismantled long time ago.

I am still holding on to my old dead orbit gear in my vault other than that its all gone lol

When u get to the vog quest a gun like fang or mida will save you

You might want to hold onto year 1 exotics, since TLW is required for the Chaperone bounty. Wouldn't be surprised if this happens with other bounties.

I still have a set of weapons for crucible, but I'll take the new stuff for the PvE events

There are certain gear and weapons I will never give up. My gallys, ice breaker, fate bringer, voc and trials/ib gear. I did dismantle my two jolders last night... Rendered useless by ttk and field scout nerf. They shall be missed

I still use my guns in Cruible, and armamentarium.... (I spell tht rite?)

Well, I still use my epitaph in crucible....as well as my vanilla swarm. Soooo, no.

All of my old legendary armors are leaving, but I'll probably keep one of each exotic around. Also, probably still keep my old Fatebringer...a lot of memories with that gun. I can't let it go. At least not all of them.

Ran out of vault space already because I'm not breaking down any of my "must have" year ones.

I am keeping all my "collection" items in the vault.... VoG, Crota, PoE, Trials until the new stuff, IB until the new stuff. The only items I keep, are newer ones with higher values. Once I get something higher, I either infuse (if it's on an item I like) or dismantle the lower level stuff for materials.

Slowly, but I'm dwindling the old gear down. Keeping all my IB weapons and armor for show. But lots going.
