So umm Bungie, this shotgun patch is gonna happen when?
2.0 did nothing to them its still one hit bs again and again thinking about cancelling my taken king copy and probably say goodbye to this game.

2 RepliesSo I guess [i]if[/i] u would [i]actually[/i] go to the tower and check the vendors and take a [i]look[/i] at the shotguns [i]now[/i] u would see that they have [b][i][u]no range[/u][/i][/b] anymore and even the range perks don't help much; our old gear is not upgradable anymore so people can't use their beloved felwinter/matador anymore in the coming trials or iron banner. U r getting killed by these shotguns now cuz not everybody has new stuff yet or an appropriate loadout for crucible.... Ur thread is an action of impatience my friend ;))

3 RepliesI hate the bs shotgunners everywhere but all special weapons are one hit kill if used right. Shotguns are just easiest to use and all the maps being close quarters doesnt help. If they change them anymore they will probably be broken.

Bump 1000 times, they never even nerfed these at all I still get blink shotgunned from the same distance. Being sniper it sucks cause most of these maps are shotgun designed.

7 RepliesIf you're mad that a weapon that is best at killing from close range is actually killing you from close range...I really don't know what to tell you. You have one of two options: 1. Get a shotgun and hope you have better reflexes. Or... 2. Set yourself up for longer range engagements in which a longer range weapon would be more advantageous. For me personally, I'm not a good Destiny PvP player, but I am great at other multiplayer shooters (notably battlefield...which is admitingly slower pace, but probably more skill-based). That game puts a big emphasis on putting yourself in the best scenario to use your weapon effectively. It doesn't translate to destiny as much as I'd like, but for scenarios like this, I would say it does.

I agree -Really sick of being forced to use hand cannons and shotguns in order to compete well in crucible. Dusted off all of my exotic rifles, pulses, and Scouts after the patch. They all still cant compete except for the Mida. Im going to enjoy TTK but crucible sucks. Get it together, please. Its been a year.
