I'm curious cause I see a lot of people use a nova bomb or FoH just to get one kill and I always question this. I feel it's better to use it when 2 or more are in the line of sight. I never use my super 90% of the time anyways.
Edit: holy moly I didn't expect 300 replies XD

2 RepliesJust an observation... 95% of the time when I get FoH'd by a Striker Titan I'm the only one around and better than half of the time I'm within shoulder charge or melee range. And yes, even the Titan's lame melee range. After seeing for months all the Titan melee range butthurt posts (which are legitimate gripes, IMO) I think they've developed the habit of using their FoH super as a (panic) melee out of frustration. I rarely run a Titan in PvP and tend to wait for a multi-kill opportunity to use my super, whether I'm running my Hunter or Warlock. A prediction... Expect to see bajillions of flaming hammers in PvP real soon and to the point that it will just about break the Crucible and Bungie winds up nerfing it somehow. I can see it coming.

Nay, unlike the filthy bilge rats who do

Yes because
warlock+obsidianmind+badjujumasterrace
4 RepliesYea I think it's stupid when ppl do this to me. Titan smash and nova bombs just for me. I understand you not wanting to hold it forever but it's not hard to find 2 or more victims
-
Because sometimes you just have to use both fists
-
Usually I will, but that's only because I'm not a very good crucible player, and I try to save my super for when I'm in trouble. I also run Bad Juju and Obsidian Mind, so I can afford to use it on one person.

In b4 1000

At times yes depends on how I'm feeling if I can get the kill or not
-
If I'm on a streak -blam!- yes
-
I'm the guy that saved my super for heavy rounds or when an entire team is on one control point, it's satisfying to smash an entire team or not even get heavy ammo but let them get it and then wreck them all and dance on their corpses.idk if I'm the only one who likes to do that but it's to satisfying not to do so. But I try to get more than just one kill with my super hate the fist of panic when I'm the only one around seems to happen a lot or a nova bomber. I think it's a waste imo.

Edited by KRIMS0NIT3: 9/9/2015 7:12:56 PMIf I see someone using their super and I can shut them down, I will. Also shotty campers get supered too
-
Unintentionally sometimes.
-
If the other person has a super If the other person is taking a control zone

I only use my super about once a match. I tend to go after anyone with a heavy Machine Gun. To answer the Question, yes. I'd rather stop someone from get 5+ kills than get myself a double kill.

2 RepliesTitan to cancel out Sunfeggs and Bladenoobs
-
3 RepliesIs it bad that I feel more comfortable sticking with my guns? Going bladedance just reduces your chance of survivability.
-
2 Repliesuse it asap and let the recharge begin. gain at least one extra super per game
-
Cause they want to let everyone know their at the top of the leader board and make sure they don't get shut down.
-
If I'm on a kill streak I will definitely use my super on a lone soul to continue my streak
-
It depends on the situation. Most of the time I'll try to get a least two kills, but my aim is so bad Id be lucky to get one.
-
I save my super as an ace up my sleeve. If I see a multi kill opportunity, another super (unless I can safely kill them) or just don't feel like dying to something I'll use it, with the latter two options potentially being single target
-
Not unless it's the runner in a rift match
-
Always. I purposely avoid killing more than 1 guardian with a super because I like that the forums get flooded with threads about it
-
Well, the longer you wait to use your super then the fewer supers you will get. Of course I try and use it on more than 1 player but I also won't hold on to my super forever waiting for the right moment
