Allegedly IGN is giving TTK 4.5/10 unless they see major improvements
That's the word around the campfire, so far destiny is gonna get 4.5, this is very concerning for me

There's no need to be rude. Edit: Jose from IGN has confirmed that he will be doing the review in a few weeks when they get the expansion (since they don't yet have it). Hope that clears everything up. To see his public confirmation, it happens around the end of the latest Fireteam chat. Edit: There have been a lot of questions on what I do. I do not review games or anything like that. That's up to the editors. I manage wikis, provide information about the game to the editors, and do some coverage on whatever game I'm assigned. I was asked to do Destiny since it was a game I liked (which they knew) and showed interest in covering it. If you're curious about this sort of aspect to the gaming world, feel free to message me. I'd rather not take up this thread with questions.

Sketchy as fook! IGN reviewed Metal Gear Solid 5 before release. Gave it a big fat 10. I guess the developer was confident in his product to let them have it before release? Bungie not so confident. Doesn't take a genius does it? 4.5 is probably going to turn out to be generous.

Don't be worried remember that it's a review from one particular writers perspective the individuals experiences may vary. However one thing that can be taken into consideration when it comes to reviews is the over all stability of the game if a game is filled with bugs it's filled with bugs and that is more likely be relevant to your own experience with the game.

I really doubt they'll rate destiny that low. I mean even vanilla destiny was a 5.5 at worst.

If the reviews happen like the Destiny release (ie a week after launch due to an embargo) and by then bungievision wouldve already sold millions of copies.

1. Game still has a few weeks of development left. 2. No source. Probably a troll post. 3. Ign has always been hit or miss in how they rate games imo. 4. If this is true, that sucks.
