Went 16-0 in Trials...and my teammate got mad.
Give me your thoughts.
I went 16-0 in a Trials game today. My buddy was like, "You should screenshot that!" So I did. Well, my third teammate didn't like that very much.
He started talking shit and said,"I just don't get why you would do that. That's so annoying." Me and my buddy were laughing and asking,"Why are you so mad that he went 16-0?? He had a good game!"
But no, the third guy was salty as -blam!- and claimed that I was only taking a screenshot to annoy him.
After a few more minutes the third guy started saying stuff like,"I'd like to see you go 16-0 in a sweaty game, but you won't cause you're trash!"
Okay...so at this point I could tell he was taking this way too seriously. I talked a little shit back bringing up that last time I played against him in sweats I won 5 out of 6 games.
I apologized a few minutes later for getting him upset, and I mentioned that if I had known he was gonna be so frustrated by a screenshot or my good game then I wouldn't have taken it
What do you all think?? Does it make sense for him to be upset? In my eyes, it would only be offensive if he was on the other team and I went 16-0 and took a screenshot. Then I could see how you'd be mad cause it's kind of like bragging. But if we're on the same team...I don't see his reasoning for getting to hurt about it.

1 ReplyI think he's a selfish douche that can't handle friends doing better or dealing with others pride in their game. I've had friends screenshot and send me drop pics, good game stats and the like and I'm always supportive because I know they are proud of themselves and excited. But if one of them seriously said I was trash and tried directing negativity like tjat at me for just being prohd of what I did rafher it be boatful or not I'd call them a bitch and then go straight into a rumble mat h and say get ready bitch and then as I tea bag them every death I'll yell is it sweet or salty in the mic. Then boot them before the ganė fully finished and delete them. Even if it was a real life friend.

... If he's your friend, he shouldn't be acting that way. If I had a game like that playing against my friends, I would rub it in their faces, because it's all good fun! And if they got pissed because they were on my team and I had a great game, then -- wait, they're my friends, so they wouldn't do that.

Dude i go positive 64 percent of all trials games not that good at all dk but nice job man my gt on ps4 is aka_ar74 and gt for xbox one Bones2140 add me man i will run with u np unfriend that dude i went 10-0 this past flawless run and got nothing but praise for it but i got good friends that know sum r not perfect at pvp especially trials look me up i will run with u anytime

He was a little too sensitive IMO. I take screenshots of my good games a lot, even at the expense of my teammates and friends. I once went 40-11 myself on a Control match and took a picture of it (for ego purposes of course) even though my friends were in the bottom two. It happens. It lets us have a moment to shine, and it'll be gone from our feed within a few hours because of other people. Take the picture. It's your choice. If he gets salty, then apologize, but the picture has already been taken, and it was a good game for me.
