From either of the two DLCs, as far as primaries are concerned, that's an accurate statement.

The best from the 2 DLC ONLY? Perhaps. But the way you worded it sounded like in the game overall which is complete nonsense.

I'm not the OP... But anyone that has been playing since vanilla likely already has all of the VOG weapons... Regardless, most of the issue lies in how terrible the POE weapons are. If they didn't suck so bad, people wouldn't be complaining so much.
