EDIT: Thanks for all the comments, except the ones calling me names, they made me sad. I'm not a Bungie employee, or in any way related to them sexually - but I do like their games...a lot.
EDIT: Just to clarify. I'm not calling everyone who doesn't agree with my 15 year commitment a whiny bitch, I'm merely stating I'm not going to be one. I think constructive criticism is great and one of the ways Bungie can improve, just because you paid for the game doesn't mean you get to dictate how it's developed over time, and Bungie do listen - that's one of reasons I love their games.

If it's good, yes. I like Destiny a lot and I'm getting TTK because I like the game, but if TTK sucks then I might not be so eager with the next expansion.

1 ReplyI don't normally care for any one game over another. I've been gaming since NES and games were just fun. I'm not the type to buy a game, spend a whole weekend beating it, sell it, buy another game, rinse/repeat. There are only a few games where I will buy simply because of previous gameplay, I.e GTA, Hitman, etc. List is very short. Having got Destiny, I really like this game. Only game I really liked in recent memory was MW3, even though I know most COD enthusiasts hated it. With Destiny, I'm almost addicted to it. Yeah it sucks grinding your weapons/armor, playing the same missions repeatedly, same bounties almost daily BUT, it is entertaining for me. With COD, it was just multiplayer. SnD, TDM, KC or whatever lame game modes they try to introduce. Nothing really for solo play. Destiny offers different game modes for me as well as bounties, strikes, raids, etc. I can play solo or team up which is nice. With TTK coming out, really interested in seeing how that goes. It may suck, it may be fun: don't know. But, overall, it's been a great game and hoping that it will continue with fresh content and features.

Probably this game honestly got me back into video games as a whole. I probably had taken two or three years off until destiny came out. Tried a few games but none really interested me

More than likely. I'm a great pver and a decent pvper. When the content of pve runs out, I'll have pvp to keep myself entertained. And this is my first mmofpsrpg, it's definitely has a hold on me....its too bad Bungie has made many amateurish mistakes
