That's not him. In the early game, they didn't digitize Dinklebot. After the complaints, they added more affects to hopefully make him sound better.

I remember doing this just before Destiny was released and it's always been that voice if I'm correct.

I actually don't like Nathan as the voice of the ghost. He's voiced so many other characters that to me, I'm being narrated by the Uncharted guy. Poor choice imo.

Thus is weird, On my galaxy note 4, The sounds comes from the calls speaker instead of the back speaker.
