Vex is a secondary bud. You missed out on a lot of damage. Fatebringer stunlocked the archon. (Without angry of course)

Use a gjallarhorn over the vex easyclast any day ( assuming you have it) hawkmoon is another very good option that is better.

Vex counts as a special weapon... Don't use it you wont get the buff.

4 RepliesVex Mythoclast works as a special weapon and does reduced damage due to small arms. It does do more damage with the Specialist modifier though.

Vex is a special weapon as far as the game is concerned, I think. Same with NLB and UR. They just have a perk that allows them to be equipped in the primary slot. So it'd do less damage than with just solar burn. Better off going with an elemental primary outright.
