The Crucible is one of the WORST and unskilled pvp games out there.
I'm gonna keep this simple and to point:
*Unbalanced weapons, ie some more powerful than others
*Unbalanced exotics, ie some more powerful than others
*Unbalanced perks for armor and weapons
*Multiplayer-only
*No custom/private matches
*Forced to play specific gametypes each week
*Skill/performance gap between light levels
*A huge amount of unskilled players and their crutches
*Gear>Skill
Iron Banner:
*Gear>>Skill
*Lag fest
*Cheaters too
Trials:
*Gear>_Skill
*Lag fest
*Cheater fest
*Not fun after a while; really competitive
Overall, Destiny is perhaps Bungie's worst pvp game. To play it would be forcing pleasure unto yourself.

I disagree. I was winning games with a 1.4 average kd as a level 18 with a green pulse rifle. Some things are unbalanced, but not everything that you listed.

every game is flawed and the fact that you have over 25k kills means you spent tons of hours playing it...so why complain? its insane how ppl dont understand no game is perfect...i can bet that atleast 90% of the people on this forum has spent more hours playing destiny than any other ps4/xbox one game they own.

We need permanent inferno modes. Inferno everything, clash, control, rumble, elimination, iron banner, combined arms, and while they at it have a mode that disables supers too. #tearrrrrs for those who actually have to use a gun to keep a kill streak and good KD.

When I make a new character I level him up in the crucible. I just use any decent blue hand cannon, or the strangers rifle. And I kill scrubs like u all the time. Cuz u complain all the time, blaming everything but your lack of skill. Go to a different game if u don't like it.

U may be right, everything u use is unbalance the classes are all unbalanced,, but is fun I don't care what u use or how u use just don't take it too serious ,control solo is hell of fun,destiny will never be balanced or competitve,if u want competitive play there is a lot games there are a lot better,,

I'm sorry but just shut up there is no games where PvP is completely balanced the closest thing would probably be halo. But I personally didn't buy this game for another halo type game I bought it because of the various weapon types that we could chose and PvP for this game is pretty balanced yeah there are a few kinks here and there but I don't think it's that bad but hey what do I know I only have 30 plus days played in crucible

So you want balance? Maybe halo is a better game for PvP? Where everyone has the same gun options, and who wins is decided on skill. Destiny might not be balanced, but it's not supposed to be that's what makes it different.

The problem is Bungie has no idea what their own game is. Is it an mmo, is it a shooter? Which design philosophy should they be working towards? Right now the only direction they're going is nowhere. I don't understand how any developer can let their pvp devolve into what is the current Destiny meta and not take immediate and drastic action to fix it. If WoW, League, CS:GO, Halo, or hell any other "competitive" game had such glaring issues they would be hotfixed within a matter of days. Instead we get a big news article about what they're working towards, and a hotfix for pve so people can start acquiring one of the worst exotics in the game again.
