Refund Process for Taken King

I purchased Taken King on the first day. In the past 2 months you have not kept your side of the game up with the lag in crucible and PvE. If you can't manage the product you are already delivering then how can one expect you to manage future content. It has always been a promise of wait till the next update it will solve everything, but you focus on stupid things like the ball in the tower over fixing the lag in PvP and PvE. The entire game is a lag fest. You need to disclose the refund process and fix your product.
