As long as you have the extra money and time then sure otherwise just stick with the one

Age is irrelevant. You're an adult man, if you want one I say go for it.
-
I would say Xbox One, but that is my personal opinion. I haven't seen many games available for either of them but Microsoft focuses mainly on 1st party exclusives rather than 3rd party exclusives.
-
If you want exclusives, Xbox. If you want Multi-plats, Playstation.

Edited by AnnaMeemss: 8/10/2015 2:41:55 AMJust have both. If money is no issue. That way you can get anygame and if a game is multi platform get that game based on which system has more friends getting that game. Nothing wrong with both. Wish I could afford both and a wii, but I don't get to play enough to bother getting two let alone three. Its nice to have options tho
-
Imo, neither system has an over abundance of games. PS4's Until Dawn is the only game I'm half interested in.
-
I have a PS4, but except for No Man's Sky, wish I'd gotten an Xbox One. Backwards compatible, better controller I hope, and I'd feel safer for playing FO4. Maybe it will be okay on the PS4...

Too old that's absurd you're 27 not 65. Add the ps4 to your collection because money doesn't seem be an issue for you. And stop worrying about your age when gaming your only doing yourself a disservice.
honestly even if you where 65 it'd be fine
If your asking the question, then you should probably just stay with Xbox one. I mean there's hardly any difference between them, and the PS4s features clearly haven't stood out that much to you, if you have to ask.

4 RepliesGo for the ps4, you won't regret It! While you are buying it I'd suggest you pick up a 1 to 3 terabyte hard drive to replace that crappy 500 gig one, because I filled mine up in 6 months.

Interesting note about one of the biggest behind the scenes facts when it comes to the difference between ps4 and xbox1: before either was released PS network was an unpaid for service where as XBLive was fully player funded and profitable. You get what you pay for in the end. For the new consoles they both needed larger server capabilities. PS bought a used one and repurposed it. Microsoft built a 15 million dollar server farm from the ground up to do exactly what they wanted. Ergo, you'll probably see a lot of games coming out on xbox1 that are heavy on graphics and environment computations that you probably won't see on PS4 due to Xbox1 now being able to use their cloud (server farm) for augmented processing power. The cloud will add 20x the current processing power as the console's internal capabilities. This was directly from the mouth of a Microsoft department head and showed footage of it being used at gamescon.

If you can afford it, go for it. Keep both consoles for exclusives and pick your favorite for multi-platform titles
-
Why would you ask a forum of Xbox fanboys?
-
I think you are old enough to make up your own mind. Am I right?
-
Depends what games you like really. Probably the worst internet forum to ask this question with all the retarded fanboy/fangirls about.
-
Where are your friends at? That's where to go
-
Maybe get it in a little while, once uncharted 4 is out
-
If you have the time for both then yes. I would have both but with a wife, job,& and 3 kids I only have time for one console so I pick the one my friends and favorite games. You could wait till next year when they have more exclusives
-
Go for a PS4 if you want loads of 3rd party timed exclusives, go Xbox One for 1st party exclusives. Xbone will get the 3rd party stuff but some stuff won't get there as quickly because Sony are spending lots of money on getting timed exclusives. Make what you will of this. Personally the DS4 hurts my hands so I stick with Xbone.
-
Never too old for anything imo. At this point in time no though.
-
They're basically the same, stick with the Xbox One
-
There's two things to go on when deciding: Which one is the majority of your friends have? Which exclusives would you rather play?
-
1 ReplyEdited by deathwolfclaw666: 8/9/2015 9:49:02 AMDepends on what exclusives you like from both sides Or you could just have both, a friend of mines grandfather is a big gamer and he owns a good few consoles including PS4 and X1, he must be in his 80s so you are never too old
