Titans need a blink equivalent. Catapult needs a buff. Doesn't make sense that Increased Control is better than the burst of speed that you are supposed to get from Catapult. Everything else is fine the way it is now.

Eh, i really hate blink i dont want more of it lol. Im just glad blink is getting nerfed, its super annoying
