What game would you choose and why?
You would have to play the game every day, at least 2 hours, for a full year.
The game can be of any genre and for any platform, multiplayer would also be enabled.
Edit: Seeing as Skyrim is a pretty popular choice obviously due to modding, i'm gonna f*ck with you guys... no modding for any game whatsoever.

Either Tales of Vesperia, Chrono Trigger, Fallout New Vegas, or Dragon Age Origins. My 4 favorite games though I don't know which I would choose. Probably Tales of Vesperia because I haven't finished it yet and it requires a lot of grinding if you want a complete experience.
