Thoughts on new exotic "no time to explain" aka strangers rifle revamp? Edit: in the trailer where it shows the no time to explain weapon being fired, the critical hit shots are being returned immediately back to the magazine. Edit #2: there's speculation that your old strangers rifle can be upgraded to the NTTE via exotic quests in TTK. Edit #3: anyone have any suggestions on where it is? I have had some speculation on the sleeper simulant being involved with the gun smith and all of these relics of the old age giving us reputation boosts for banshee. It might involve a secret counter on how many of those relics of old age that we have to find in order for his bounty to come up or maybe even reputation rank could play a role into this. Maybe how new monarchy and future war cult give exotic class items for a high rank, it could be that same for the gunsmith. Edit #4: So there was a new glitch on the paradox story mission where you get a different ending and receive a reward similar to the black spindle mission. In the drop you get praydyth's ghost along with s legendary engram. My advice is to not do this mission since this is a glitch and it might break a few story quest chains that have not yet been released yet, BUT I have a feeling that this chest is suppose to drop something else like a weapon. Maybe this weapon is the no time to explain? Who knows but it's just speculation. You can find videos on the glitch on YouTube and reddit. DO NOT do the glitch just yet, you might have the potential to be banned. But just thought everyone should know. Edit 5: disregard edit 4 for it has been deemed untrue. Edit 7: yes I am wasting my time looking for this gun, also on a side note to those who are using the night stalker exploit in the iron banner, don't be surprised if you get banned. If you use it in PVE it's fine but when it's used in PVP it's not cool, Titans have been banned for the sun breaker abuse and the same might happen to those who abuse the bow glitch. Just a heads up.
