Edited by Lead: 8/1/2015 4:24:38 PMit is just temp bans.. most kids went on holidays this week end and they may never notice their temps bans when they return.. this should have been permanent, at least people then can just go to another game and forget about destiny. but you know.. bungie need their money in september for the DLC.. Bungie should fix in game what they don't allow. if they don't want people to got to orbit while playing a match ,, they should disallow it in game not offering it as an option, same for changing players , they should disallow it while flying/matchmaking. same for lag switchers.. any well coded application can detect people using such device by monitoring latency and packet sequence. Unlike TCP, there is no retransmission of lost UDP packet so this is very easy to detect lag switch and to differentiate from latency or acceptable packet loss (not more than 5%) leaving the option to do it and still banning people for this is both lazy and hypocritical at best.. lazy because the dev don't have to fix it and hypocritical because they bans people but longer than september 15th..
