When you get no dmg, yes you are.

It can mean there's just really bad connection . I played a game of iron banner and everyone was going from red bar to normal throughout the game . Some people also might not have great internet speeds . Never seen anyone that takes no damage at all. Sure there is times where lag makes people hard to kill, but doesn't team there lag switching . Bungies connection has a lot to do with it as well

Yes Ive seen those who die after a second or something, still pisses me off because I die as soon as their bullets hit me. But they at least die, the red invincibles are not invincible the whole game but is rlly obvious when they survive a shot from felwinters booty and 2 melee and somehow they still kill you.
