I'm not playing destiny until taken king if I'm even getting it destiny seems to be a broken record doing the same thing every week and ever since bungie made a contract with Activision all they seem to care about is nerfing guns and ignoring the community.

I ask myself the same thing about many other games.

I come back and tear up some kids in Crucible, I enjoy the nightfalls most weeks, I'm trying to max out my Suros, Hard Light, Monte Carlo, NLB, and get a Necrochasm before TKK, and I get a hankering to slaughter some aliens with my insanely vast arsenal of weapons from time to time. Oh, and Xur. Gotta hop on every Friday/Saturday to see what Xur has. If I don't have it, I buy it.

5 RepliesNothing else really out there to play for me. Not paying monthly fee for ESO, didn't care for witcher 3, evolve was garbage, Batman has been the only saving grace. All that changes in a couple months though. I think Destiny has only survived due to a lack of good games. I'm getting Taken King but I expect it to be my last bit with Destiny. In the next 4 months we'll get: Star Wars Battlefront Drake's Fortune Mad Max Fallout 4 By the time they add on again, The Division will be out. Destiny's "10 year plan" isn't going to get past year 3. Especially if Taken King is anything like the HoW DLC.

I've been playing less than I have been, which isn't saying much as I do still play a lot, but have been playing GoW 3 Remastered and Arkham Knight. Still have a huge backlog on PC that I need to mop up including Witcher 3 and I miss Arma 3 as well. Destiny is the one game all of my friends play, so that keeps me playing.
